Supay is a handcrafted spicy spirit made with Ají Punta de Lanza from Padilla – the chili capital fo Bolivia and considered the birthplace of all chili peppers in the world.
Its recipe incorporates golden berries (aguaymanto) raisins, dried figs, and dehydrated peaches known locally as mocochinchis, alongside aromatic Andean herbs and spices such as criollo cacao (indigenous cacao), and high altitude coffee.
Once carefully selected, all ingredients are hand-cut and macerated for several months in ultra-pure alcohols.
